Step By Step Photo Instructions/Directions
If you are an ACTIVE member of the Artsy Moon Paint Club in good standing, you are granted permission to use the designs in this Club:
~for personal use
~to paint and sell
~for in person and online paint parties
~for art kits
If you leave the membership, you also lose the rights to all designs and materials in the membership.
Using for Other Memberships
~You may NOT use my designs in a situation where others could then sell them or in your own membership.
Reference Photos
You may use the Artsy Moon Paint Club Paid Membership images for marketing purposes.
~All Reference Photos must include the Artsy Moon Paint Club Paid Membership watermark or logo. This is to protect your exclusive rights as a paying member of the Club.
Note: You may paint the design yourself and then post a photo of your own painting without the Artsy Moon Paint Club Paid Membership logo or watermark. Adding your initials or signature on the artwork is recommended.
Video Tutorials
You may NOT share the link to the video tutorials. The video links are exclusively for members of the Artsy Moon Paint Club Paid Membership.
They may not be included in online digital products or physical art kits.
You are allowed to record your own videos and use them as long as you are a current member of the AMPC in good standing. However, the videos must be unlisted or private (not public).
Teaching the Designs "Live" on Any Social Media Platform
You may teach a small PORTION of the painting on your public page, like a technique you’re highlighting, but not the whole painting. The license entitles you to teach groups in a private setting (such as at an in-person paint party or private Facebook group).
You may include a printed copy if you are creating kits for others.
